1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Snagging In Ireland website (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of Service

Snagging In Ireland is an online directory that helps homeowners and builders in Ireland find and request quotes from snagging companies (“Providers”). We facilitate quote requests by collecting your contact information and sending it to Providers; we are not a party to any contract between you and a Provider.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Site.

4. Quote Requests

  • To request a quote, you will provide your full name, email address, phone number and the address of the property to be serviced.
  • All quote requests are sent directly to the Provider(s) you select.

5. Collection, Use & Retention of Data

  • What we collect: name, email, phone number, property address.
  • How we use it: solely to forward your request to the Provider(s) you choose.
  • Retention: we do not store your information beyond the moment needed to forward your request. Once forwarded, all personal data is deleted from our systems.

6. Third-Party Providers

  • Providers listed on our Site are independent businesses. Snagging In Ireland does not endorse, warrant or guarantee any Provider’s work, pricing or conduct.
  • Any contract, service agreement or dispute is strictly between you and the Provider.

7. User Responsibilities

  • You warrant that all information you submit is accurate and complete.
  • You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to submit malicious or spam requests.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, design) is owned or licensed by Snagging In Ireland and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
  • You may view and download material for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

9. Disclaimers

  • “AS IS” THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
  • WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

SNAGGING IRELAND AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY QUOTE REQUEST.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Snagging In Ireland, its affiliates and their respective officers, directors and employees from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Effective Date” above. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the new Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute must be brought in the courts of Ireland.
